Wifi, bin charges, electricity and gas are included in the rent (subject to average usage). The room would be most suitable for sharing by 2 students who are friends or family. It has one large chest of drawers, a double wardrobe and a fold down desk. This is a strictly non-smoking house including the garden. It is also a dog friendly house and anyone interested in the room would need to be dog lovers. The kitchen and living room is shared with the resident landlord and one other female tenant. This is an easy going and friendly house in a very nice and community minded estate. Lucan village is a 3 minute walk from the house with all the usual village outlets including cafes, artisan bakery, post office and Centra. On street parking is available and Lucan is well served by buses to both Maynooth and the city centre.
